How do I register for a PRI Training course?
Go to COURSES and/or SCHEDULE drop-down options to select the location and/or course you are interested in attending. To register, you must log in or create an account. Click on the name of the location to expand the selection in the SCHEDULE Option or in the COURSES option choose your selected course and go to the REGISTER NOW tab to view the list of classes available. Class listings will include the TITLE of the class, the START DATE, a brief DESCRIPTION (including COST), your enrollment STATUS, and available SEATS. Once you've found a class that interests you, click on the title and the event of the class to view additional details. You can then click on the Enroll button to register. Soon after registering, you will receive a meeting invite for the event, which you may add to your calendar.
How do I register a co-worker for a training course?
To register someone other than yourself for an PRI Training course, perform the steps as above. However, instead of entering your name and contact information on the registration screen, you will enter your co-worker's name, and contact details. You will create a userid and password for your co-worker and can provide this to them so they can review their training transcript in the future.
How do I pay for an PRI Training course?
PRI Training accepts Visa, MasterCard and/or American Express payments. These can be accepted directly online.
What is PRI Training's course Cancellation Policy?
Registrations cancelled fourteen (14) or more business days prior to a course will receive a refund minus a $50.00 non-refundable service charge. Registrations cancelled less than fourteen (14) or more business days prior to the scheduled course, as well as registrations who do not attend, will forfeit the entire registration fee. Substitutions for registrants unable to attend may be within one business day notice.

PRI Training currently offers numerous professional development courses. For a current list, please refer to the PRI Training Course Listings. All PRI Training courses are scheduled in public locations throughout the world and can be scheduled as private onsite seminars for your company. Each year, PRI Training plans to offer 3-5 new courses on topics to help companies continually improve their operations. New courses will be a mix of instructor-led sessions and e-learning programs that can be accessed on this training site.

PRI Training programs are taught by professionals that are subject matter experts in the courses they teach. Instructors undergo a rigorous screening process and complete a formal training program. Can I get a record of my training?
When you log in, select Webinars and then PRINT CERTIFICATE / TRANSCRIPT. This page will list your upcoming and past course enrollments. You can print this page for your training record, and in the future you will have the ability to print copies of certificates.
